Our client are at the forefront of sustainability tech, a sector that is enjoying exponential growth, utilising remote sensing and AI to provide high-precision data, and providing innovative , quick and easy-to-use insights, enabling clients to understand and identify improvement opportunities. Primary aimed large corporations, landowners and local authorities, you’ll be selling a product that genuinely makes a difference.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated B2B Salesperson to join a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about protecting biodiversity and sustainability, whilst being a self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, closing deals, and driving revenue. This role requires both lead outreach and managing inbound leads through email and telephone, conducting client meetings, and attending industry events with potential travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Outreach:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients within our target markets.
  • Manage and respond to inbound leads, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.

Sales and Client Engagement:

  • Conduct client meetings both in-person and online to present our biodiversity mapping tool and its benefits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Event Attendance:

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Network with potential clients and industry stakeholders to expand business opportunities.

Sales Strategy and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tech or sustainability sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
