The search is for a business development manager to drive the expansion of the engineering solutions. Responsibilities include lead generation, client relationship management, proposal development, sales target achievement, and collaborative communication.

Candidates should possess:

- A minimum of 5 years experience in business development or sales, ideally within industrial / engineering services or a relevant sector.
- Self-motivation with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong understanding of industrial processes or technical services.
- Superb communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for client engagement.
- A proactive, positive approach and excellent IT and estimating skills.
