They are now looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join their busy, successful and growing team covering the Middle East region.

Channel Sales Manager - Middle East

UK - remote working with minimal travel

£100-110K + bonus with OTE of c£240K and excellent benefits package including pre - IPO stock options.

To be successful in this role:

You will be a confident Channel Sales Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ proven success in software or hardware technology sales who has extensive experience selling to the Middle Eastern countries.

If you have any understanding of software that focuses on Storage, Data Protection, Data retrieval, Data Protection, or Data Security, that would be a bonus. The most essential element of this role is your experience in the Middle East.

Other requirements for this role include:

  • 2+ years of success building relationships with channel partners
  • Demonstrable experience in the Middle East - have worked it exclusively (or almost exclusively) with a deep understanding of how they do business, deep understanding of the market in all countries, a list of existing contacts
  • Extensive experience with channel partners and working with vendors
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving and time management capabilities
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree

Position summary:

Our client is a growing software company seeking a Channel Sales Manager to sell their Data Protection, Storage and Security Solutions in the Middle East.

Job role and responsibilities:

As the Channel Sales Manager, you will interact directly with existing partner sales and technical representatives as well as prospective and existing customers. You will be responsible for supporting the successful sale of products through channel partners, and for ensuring existing customers’ needs are met, licensing is renewed, and any opportunity for growth is addressed. As new channel partners are introduced, you will also be responsible for the development and support of new partners and customers.

Other responsibilities for this role include:

  • Contribute to the region’s quarterly revenue goal
  • Support OEM and channel partner-led sales calls
  • Develop a strong understanding of the IE product and OEM offerings
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional OEM and channel partners
  • Deliver training and relevant messaging to OEM and channel partner sales teams
  • Attend events, customer and partner meetings in person or remote, as needed
