The Role
A prestigious law firm with a reputation for excellence is seeking a Head of Client Relationships & Solutions. This firm is focused on building long-term relationships with public and private sector clients, dedicated to providing the highest quality service and a supportive, enjoyable working environment. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the role is responsible for strategic client relationship initiatives and client development.
The Role's Responsibilities
- Develop and implement firm-wide client strategies
- Manage and enhance the client listening programme
- Provide insights on market and client trends
- Coordinate client review meetings and debriefs
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve client data systems
- Support business development with client action plans
- Oversee client solutions projects and optimise service delivery
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of ten years' experience in a business development role within professional services
- Proven expertise in client listening and account management
- Strong influencing and project management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficient in data analysis and systems management
