The Commercial team at Cpl Life Sciences are delighted to be collaborating with a complex assemblies manufacturer in the UK who are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager.
Working directly alongside the Managing Director, you will take a strategic role in leading the full operations of their Sales function across the UK and Europe.
This business works with a wide customer base across different industries ranging from medical devices through to automotive and industrial, an core responsibilities will include:
- Development and implementation of sales and business strategies.
- Driving pipeline growth across given markets.
- Identifying & generating new business opportunities whilst also developing relationships with existing customers.
- Supporting marketing activities and strategy.
Key requirements:
- Strong sales/business development experience – across UK and EU markets.
- Knowledge of injection moulding and contract manufacturing.
- Experience of working in the medical device industry in a similar role – industrial experience will also be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
