Business Development Manager

AWS Partner -FinOps

£100k base + 50% OTE

Who we are:

We are the global SME for AWS Cloud Cost Optimizations, Cost management and Cloud procurement. We work directly with AWS in the UK and the US providing Cloud Financial Operations (FinOps) to commercial and public sector organizations.

The role:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in the UK to own and expand our US market offering. This wouldn't be cold calling, more joining an existing market, using your experience of market mapping, B2B sales strategy and your knowledge of the cloud (AWS - Bonus) to secure new business. Bottom line - We want someone who can build relationships, build on our outreach and develop vendor alliances.

Progression:

We set achievable targets as of such there's a clear progression and promotion criteria within the company. In your first 6 months we provide full onboarding training, with a particular focus on FinOps, we will ensure you'll be certified and a true SME within the space.

Experience we are looking for:

  • Experience in a BDM/Account Management role
  • Track record of generating and closing deals.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud services and engaging with technical stakeholders.
  • Attending and networking at events.
  • Connections within enterprise businesses/ Cloud vendors.
