Business Development Manager
Our client is leading Commercial Printer, who are experts in producing, managing and delivering high quality printed marketing materials, in the form of brochures, branded items, direct mail, Point of Sales or Events and work with some of the biggest brand names! They have over 25 years’ experience with 90% of their work coming from repeat customers!
- Job title: Business Development Manager
- Salary: £32k - 40k OTE £55k + Car Allowance of £500 + Profit Share + Quarterly Bonus
- Location: Reading - Hybrid working
- Industry: Commercial Print (Digital, Litho & Large Format)
We are looking for someone who is driven, ambitious and is motivated with developing their sales pipeline and securing new business via face-to-face meetings as well as ongoing prospecting with the support of a dedicated marketing team.
As a Business Development Manager your duties will include
- Developing sales pipeline and securing new business via face-to-face meetings
- Ongoing prospecting with the support of a dedicated marketing team
- Selling digital, litho & large format print and project based print work into Marketing Managers & Directors
The ideal Business Development Manager will have the following skills/experience:
- Experience in the commercial printing, print management or related industry (Media, Events, Promotion Gift, Corporate Merchandise)
- A strong and confident all-rounder with good communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker, creative mind with strong negotiating and closing experience
- Must be able to drive with a full UK drivers’ licence
