For nearly three decades the team have dedicated themselves to helping clients communicate effectively, so that they position themselves with clarity, and engage more closely with their audiences, sell more of what they do and successfully grow or transform their businesses. Now they need someone like you, who is going to shine a light on the agency and bring them to the forefront of new clients.

What will you do as a Business Development Manager?
- Setting and agreeing strategies for increasing customer base and revenue
- Implement your own prosecting and networking techniques, generating qualified new business leads
- Generate leads, attend initial meetings & pitches, facilitate the initial handover to the Account Manager
- Attend briefing meetings and present agency credentials to prospects/decision makers
- Monitor, track and evidence business activity working towards business set targets and KPI’s
What you need as a Business Development Manager?
- Experience in a similar role, selling branding/creative design to a range of different industries
- Work on own initiative to implement networking techniques, generating qualified new business leads
- Proven track record of driving revenue through new business
