We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our client in St Albans. You will be working on a hybrid basis between home and office and you will be joining a vibrant sales team. Your role will be to create new sales opportunities, preparing proposals an quotations and to negotiate and win contracts.

Your role is two fold - grow existing business and create new!

Key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager

Research and identify new business opportunities

Meet with clients face to face or over the phone

Understand the needs of the business and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.

Respond efficiently to enquiries.

Maintain up to date information on the CRM system.

Create sales pipeline

Create long term relationships

Requirements

You will come from a sales background and possess good IT skills in particular a proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You will have transport and a license.

Salary & Benefits

£30000 - £35000 plus uncapped commission
