Business Development Manager
Location: Leicester
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + car allowance + commission

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting a Business Development Manager for a well-established Print solutions company with a fantastic reputation in their market. This role will play a pivotal part in growing new business opportunities and is an exciting prospect for a focused, salesperson to join a thriving team. 
Though you do not have to be an expert in the industry an ambitious, hunter mentality is key along with a passion for nurturing and growing business relationships. 

Key Responsibilities

- Through a 'self-starter' attitude, identify and target new business opportunities, creating a sales pipeline and continuing to grow existing accounts once secured
- Identify and target customers through own market analysis, conducting visits and presenting the best product/products aligned with their needs and requirements
- Nurture existing relationships and using every opportunity to upsell through extensive knowledge of product range
- Represent the business at relevant tradeshows and exhibitions, keeping the company standards at the forefront of everything you do
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and develop strong internal relationships 

Skills & Qualifications 


- A go getter, can do attitude and a self-motivated individual who has excellent communication skills and business acumen
-  A commercial mindset with a track record of new business development, always pinpointing new opportunities for growth and succeeding
- This is a field based role with requirements to be in the office when not out on the road 
- UK Driving License is required
