We are seeking a talented and ambitious Sales Professional with a proven ability to sell high value business intelligence subscriptions to senior executives in investment banking, private equity and professional services globally.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high growth B2B publishing business in a red hot sector and play a major role in its next stage of growth.

Target-driven, proactive and consultative you must be able to utilise a highly-informed sales style to match client needs with our product which provides significant competitive advantage in mergers
and acquisitions.

You will have the following key attributes:
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience selling b2b subscriptions to senior executives
• Proven track record of delivering new business subscription sales
• Experience of delivering significant uplift and upsell to existing account base
• Excellent phone manner and communication skills
• Proactive and consultative sales approach
• Ambitious with desire to be a driving force in the sales team and company as a whole
• Proven ability to communicate with Senior Executives and to work and thrive in a young
media business

Your duties will include:
• Quickly gaining knowledge of our products and audience and the key drivers and themes in
M&A in the TMT and Finance sectors
• Hitting and exceeding monthly revenue and KPI targets including, calls, meetings (online &
F2F), demos and trials
• Building and maintaining a consistently strong pipeline in CRM to support an agreed sales
plan
• Developing strong client relationships and significantly increasing AOV of account book
• Planning international business trips
• Co-ordinating closely with the Editorial and Marketing Departments
• Contributing to the overall growth of the business
