BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / HALE / UP TO £35,000 + COMMISSION, HYBRID WORK & BENEFITS
A fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing team, with excellent earning potential.

Infrared Heating Specialists, based in Hale, Greater Manchester, on a mission to save on heating costs and help revolutionise the way we heat our workplaces and homes.

We are now looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for targeting, building, and nurturing relationships across all sectors throughout the Northwest. This role is pivotal in driving our growth.

What’s in it for me?

  • Basic salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum + Commission + Growth Shares.

Key Requirements of the Business Development Manager:

  • Identify, research, and target potential new clients.
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses.
  • Implement effective sales strategies tailored to the business sector.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to potential clients, showcasing the value, savings and health benefits of Infrared Heating.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports to the owner on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Stay updated with industry news and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work to update sales strategies and to leverage any new offerings or promotional activities.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the building industry sector.
  • A strong track record in sales with demonstrable results.
  • Previous experience in building relationships with key clients will be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Resilient with the ability to handle rejection and continue with enthusiasm.
  • Candidates must be able to provide professional references attesting to their sales and business development capabilities.
