Our client, a prestigious law firm, who have been providing their services for over 35 years are looking for committed team player to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be based from their easily accessible offices based in Birmingham City Centre, just a short walk from Moor Street, Snow Hill and New Street Stations.

In this role, you'll report to the Director and/or Office Head with a focus on winning new clients. You must understand the importance of a new business operation demonstrating the use of your own initiative whilst maintaining a methodical and organised approach to work.

Responsibilities:

-Managing the New Business Team

-Arranging and meeting new potential clients, with a focus on profitable new build work but also residential conveyancing

-Maintaining current business relationships

-Discuss and understand KPI’s with the Director / Office Head

-Become a subject matter expert on the company’s services and areas of expertise

-Monitoring conversion levels with introducers to address where needed

-Liaise with the Marketing Team to discuss market strategies and future projects

-Helping Fee Earners with sourcing new business and achieving targets

Candidate Attributes:

-Proven experience in a similar sales position

-Good use of your own initiative

-Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines

-A team player with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm

-Organised, methodical and adaptable

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum + bonus incentives and benefits including 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), day off for your birthday, social events & monthly food from the firm, staff discounts of legal services, Health cash plan for workplace wellbeing, Pension Scheme and Employee referral bonus
