- Develop new strategies to attract and engage new clients – working with the Sales & Marketing teams to build on and enhance the existing pipeline
- Be responsible for owning & executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Use pre-established relationships to expand the current FoundPop portfolio of 300+ brands/agencies
- Lead the sales team in exploring new prospective industries
- Responsible for all lead sourcing and outbound outreach – able to use creative problem solving to try new outreach tactics
- Stay up to date on current industry trends and challenges, ensuring FoundPop evolves and our offering develops inline with brand demands and requirements
- Attend pop-up activations and relevant industry events to network and help build FoundPop’s profile
- Manage and utilize CRM systems for effective client development and sales operations
- Provide regular updates and reports on performance, pipeline development, client feedback and industry insights
