We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join a leading annual summit, which spearheads youth and entry-level professional talent to Fortune 500 and large enterprise accounts across the globe.

*Please note that this role is a 4-day working week position, 09:00-17:30, Mon-Thu. Additionally, the working requirement would be predominantly remote, until 3 months before the summit, of which the working requirement would evolve into a 5-day working week, with 1 WFH & 4 days based in their West London office.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Reaching out to a variety of CxO level individuals (Head of HR, Chief People Officer et al) for large enterprise & fortune 500 accounts, pitching, and demonstrating the value of the ticket sale.
  • Conducting research on ideal client profiles, expanding out prospect pipeline in an exclusive outbound, hunting sales positionthrough a variety of digital avenues - cold calls, email campaigns and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging, campaigns, pitch decks, and sales collateral based on commercial market conditions and prospect feedback.

Requirements for this role:

  • Previous high-performing experience and track record with enterprise-level sales and outbound campaigns to key corporate decision-makers.
  • The passion to work in the global, charity events sector.
  • MEDDIC or alternative recognised professional sales training
  • The ability to travel to foreign countries with no issue.
