Business Development Manager

Red Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to join the UK and Ireland's most trusted health and wellbeing provider. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced salesperson to further their career. The salary is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum and the OTE is up to £72,000.

This position is located in Manchester and is a 5-minute walk from Victoria Station.

Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager:

• Liaising with potential clients to hold 4-6 sales demonstrations of the services each day
• Achieving set sales targets and objectives
• Being responsible for lead generation
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers
• Working collaboratively with a team of Sales Development Specialists to ensure high performance
• Maximising opportunity via outbound calls, emails and marketing insight

Key Skills and Experience of a Business Development Manager:

• 2 years' experience as a Business Development Manager is essential
• Proven outbound sales experience is required
• You should be able to present to clients confidently
• You should have experience and be confident in working towards and achieving targets
