Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, a Business Development Manager with experience withinFenestration or Construction Industries.

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: UK Based - Head Office Preston- Covering South

Work Location: Remote

Job Type: Full Time/Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: £38K - £40K per annum plus bonus scheme, performance bonus and incentives, company car/allowance

Experience:

  • Business Development: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Job Summary: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving the company's revenue growth. Your role will involve strategic planning, sales excellence, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and identify potential business leads.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role (3 years +).
  • Experience within Fenestration or Construction Industries.
  • Strong track record of sales, client acquisition, and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
