Business Development Manager

About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client's market reach. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing new business opportunities while building strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and lead generation through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics to improve sales strategies.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales.
