We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Contact Centre OR Saas)to join a fantastic, well established business based in Glasgow Scotland.

The successful candidate will be tasked with generating appointments at director level for yourself & the BD team to convert, will be target driven, bright, confident and have a keen interest in technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working with the business to target the right new clients for their Contact Centre business
  • Following up on internal and external leads to move them from enquiry to appointment.
  • Working towards set Business Development KPI’s
  • Provide first class customer service to potential new customers and portray the company in a positive manner at all times.
  • B2B pipeline development engaging new prospective customers
  • Pipeline management
  • Working to business targets
  • Ensuring a fantastic customer experience, customer journey & on boarding process

Key Skills Required:
  • Excellent client engagement & client development
  • High volume outbound calling approaching new logo's
  • Proven sales experience within a target driven environment
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow ensuring financial sales objectives are delivered /achieved
  • Demonstrate the ability to consistently work towards and exceed expectations/ targets
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage clients, business owners and colleagues
  • Ability to use own initiative to manage own performance & understand BD KPI’s and adhere to them
  • Experience in B2B business pipeline development
  • Strong influencing / negotiation
  • Great rapport building
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work to target
