Salary: Circa £70,000, depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: Circa 2 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

MBDA is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic business development manager to support the coordination and development of UK-European strategic Complex Weapons bi-lateral frameworks. This is a unique opportunity for the successful applicant to make a valued contribution to the field of European Defence Sovereignty, helping to foster international partnering on key strategic capabilities.
Reporting to the Head of Domestic Bi-laterals, this role will be principally focussed on the UK-FR ‘One MBDA' framework, with opportunities to expand responsibilities in other bi-lateral activities including, but not necessarily limited to UK-IT and UK-GE, and related programmes. Working as part of a dynamic, multi-national team, this role will be responsible for shaping and coordinating alignment within MBDA and the respective national government bodies.
