Business Development & Marketing Manager
We're excited to be supporting a leading global law firm in their search for a talented sector focused BD & Marketing Manager. In this role, you'll drive marketing excellence across international sectors, focusing on profile-raising and strategic business development.
The role holder can be based in a number of UK locations including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds or Sheffield. The firm operate a hybrid working model of 2-3 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management: Oversee Sector programs and campaigns, ensuring successful delivery and tracking ROI.
- Effective Communications: Work with wider comms team to manage both internal and external communications to support the Sector plan.
- Pitch Support: Regularly update pitch materials, credentials, and client endorsements for Sector groups.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about firm-wide programs and assess their relevance for Sector partners and clients.
- Strategic Input: Contribute valuable information and ideas to the strategy development process.
- Project Planning: Develop marketing project plans, manage budgets, and report on project progress.
Experience Required
- Strong understanding of marketing and business development processes within professional services.
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Deep understanding of sector and client marketing, with a commercial mindset.
- Multi-tasking capability, methodical approach, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with InterAction/CRM systems is beneficial.
