We're looking for somebody with previous SDR/BDE experience to join a SaaS company as a Business Development Representative in Gloucester. They are offering a basic salary up to £35,000 per annum with a realistic OTE of £45,000 - 50,000 in your first year. They practise actual hybrid working, maximum of 3 days a week in the office and nobody is in the office everyday!

The role of Business Development Representative involves:

  • Using Email, LinkedIn and Telephone to generate new lead opportunities.
  • Liaising with prospects to understand their needs.
  • Booking appointments for Account Executives to close deals.
  • Research and provide data analysis on the current market.
  • Move to attending meetings and closing own deals.
  • Long-term having the opportunity to grow a team around you and progress.

For the Business Development Representative role, you need:

  • Previous experience generating and following up on cold leads.
  • Success within a similar, new business role would be beneficial.
  • This person must have experience within a SaaS/Software sales role.

As the Sales Development Representative, you'll get:

? Basic salary up to £35,000 per annum.

? Realistic OTE of £45,000 - 50,000 per annum - however uncapped!

? Hybrid working - Maximum 3 days a week in the office.
