You will play an important role in delivering Technology change for the OTC Rates, Credit, FX Clearing Business. As a Senior Functional/Business Analyst, you will be responsible delivering Clearing House, Market Mandatory and Business Expansion changes across the technology application stack. Your primary role will cover front to back business functions for Clearing Businesses including Trade Capture, Risk Limits, Member & Client Reporting, Fees & Billing.

You will be responsible for managing deliveries and analyzing/defining front to back clearing requirements with our External/ Business/Ops/IT stakeholders, while coordinating and managing the delivery through the SDLC tollgates into production.

You must also become knowledgeable in the front-to-back clearing workflows and the respective IT Applications across multiple functional areas (Trade Capture, Regulatory, Risk, Collateral, Client Reporting & Billing, Settlements, CCP Connectivity, Trade Messaging, CCP reporting, Data aggregation/ storage, data provision to downstream functions)

Your key responsibilities
  • Documenting business & technical process flows
  • Contributing to the future state definition of the system architecture and challenge requirements where needed, as well as working with design/architecture teams to ensure best practices are adopted to ensure stability and supportability of applications and infrastructure
  • Partnering with global project, program, and business stakeholders to resolve prioritization and delivery timeline conflicts
Your skills and experience
  • Experience as a Technical Delivery/Project Manager/Functional or Business Analyst in an Investment Banking and/or Retail Finance environment. (OTC Rates/Credit Derivatives preferred)
  • Experience in working on large scale and complex deliverables spanning across multiple functions, workflows and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with Attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines and adapt communication styles (written and verbal) across business and technical disciplines
  • Demonstrable documentation skills including process & data modelling, Strong problem solving and analysis skills
  • Proactive, delivery orientated approach with Enthusiastic 'can do' approach to all responsibilities
  • Experience in complex infrastructure and enterprise software platforms with excellent SQL knowledge, SDLC development practices and tools, experience of business process modelling and ETL platforms. Preferable (not mandatory) knowledge of Oracle and Java
