Take on a leadership role in analytics solutions, managing people and clients!

THE COMPANY

An agency focused on delivering technical solutions to a diverse range of clients. They offer flexible working arrangements and collaborate directly with clients to deliver solutions using the Microsoft stack.

THE ROLE

As a Data Analyst, you will lead the generation of insights about customers and improve their experiences. Specifically, you will:

  • Use Power BI to create dashboards that support automated data solutions.
  • Utilize DAX code to develop reports and articulate their benefits to clients.
  • Employ SQL to analyze large datasets, providing insights on customer lifetime value, churn, and retention.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, helping them understand and leverage the Microsoft stack and data within their businesses.

YOUR SKILLS

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Expertise in Power BI and DAX.
  • Strong ability to use data to drive insights and business strategy.
  • Eager to learn and actively engage in projects.
  • Confident in presenting insights to senior stakeholders and simplifying complex technical terms.
