A leading organisation is looking for a Business Manager to head up their Northern Ireland division, driving performance, client relationships, and team development.
*Must have experience as a Recruitment Business Manager within a healthcare setting and have experience with temps.
The Role: You’ll take full operational and commercial ownership of a fast-growing regional division, managing everything from recruitment strategy to P&L. Leading a talented team, you’ll shape the long-term vision, oversee key public and private sector accounts, and work closely with senior leadership to deliver growth across Northern Ireland and ROI.
Key Responsibilities: ? Lead and develop the commercial team ? Own the P&L and financial performance of the division ? Drive recruitment strategy across public and private healthcare sectors ? Expand client relationships and new business opportunities ? Collaborate with internal operations teams for seamless delivery ? Report into senior leadership on growth and performance metrics
What You’ll Need: ? Proven experience in recruitment leadership – ideally in public, private, and voluntary sectors ? Strong commercial acumen with budget and P&L ownership ? Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach ? Excellent client relationship and business development skills ? Deep understanding of the healthcare market in NI and ROI
