Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Salary: £23868 FTE

What it's like to work here

Reporting to the Business Services Lead, you will be part of a team of 7 who run the operational side of the Northumberland Coast Portfolio. The main base for this role is at Lindisfarne Castle however there will be some travel to other locations along the Northumberland Coast. The National Trust is a busy organisation that always has a lot going on - you can guarantee that no day is the same

What you'll be doing

As Business Services Co-ordinator you will be supporting in day-to-day operations, including, answering emails and phone calls, ordering supplies and managing group bookings. You will also have the chance to support a variety of projects and offer your advice beyond your team. You’ll always champion best practice when it comes to business services and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there is a better way of doing something.


Who we're looking for
  • Relevant experience in a Business Support environment; along with facilities or office supervision responsibility
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Great team player
  • Flexible and customer -focussed with strong customer service skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise own workload
  • Well organised and attention to detail
  • Advanced IT Skills
