Day-to-day of the role:

  • Teach Business Studies to KS4 and KS5 students with a knowledge-rich curriculum.
  • Participate in our instructional coaching programme to quickly establish effective teaching practices.
  • Benefit from a disruption-free classroom environment, supported by staff on walk during lessons.
  • Engage in co-planning and subject-specific CPD to reduce individual planning workload.
  • Utilize online platforms to support student learning and spaced retrieval at home.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Business Studies.
  • Ability to teach Business Studies to KS4 and KS5 students.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality education and supporting the ethos of the Trust.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Willingness to engage in professional development and collaborative planning.
