Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Assist with project management and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organised working environment.

Profile

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or business support role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
