Business Support Coordinator

Taskmaster Recruitment are looking for a Business Support Coordinator to work for our client based at their site in on the Isle of Wight.

Key responsibilities:

  • The administration required to set up, amend and cancel Bulky requests.
  • The administration of site visit requests.
  • The administration of bin orders and bin order amends.
  • Amending/adding features/schedules.
  • Daily missed report.
  • Weekly missed report.
  • Garden subscription amends.
  • Communications - working with the Communications team to rectify incorrect calendars sent to residents, then working with Collections Supervisors to ensure the property is on the correct incab, then creating a postcode look up for the council to update their website.
  • Timely processing of Hit Squad and Fly Tip emails/requests.
  • Working with the Reporting Manager on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to filter through deductions to rectify inaccuracies and reconciling service requests to ensure the have been completed/closed correctly. To include fly tip log and missed bins/bulky collections.

Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient and able to handle high workloads.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills
  • Ability to pick up new information quickly.

Working hours: Monday - Friday: 8am-5pm

Pay rate: £12.82 (£25,000) - £13.33 (£26,000), subject to experience
