We are looking for 2 highly motivated individuals to join a very busy front line housing advice service. The main focus of these roles will be the first point of contact for customers both in person at the teams reception area as well as online contacts and referrals. Previous experience of working with housing or homelessness would be an advantage as conducting triage calls is part of this role.

The ability to work well under pressure as well as fabulous administration skills are essential

The role is a hybrid role so some on site working is required
