On behalf of our client based in Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for a Business Support Officer to join a small, but supportive and friendly team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the PA to the CEO, The successful candidate will be business minded, energetic, forward thinking, great with people and have an upbeat personality! Due to the location of the role, a driver’s license and access to your own vehicle will be essential.
 
Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Form and maintain good working relationships at all levels internally & externally
  • Provide business support, data entry and administration to support the effective and efficient running of the company.
  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, landlords and partners via phone and email.
  • Manage spreadsheets and work effectively with databases and word processing systems.
  • Resolve, anticipate & prevent any issues that may arise with tenants, landlords or partners.
  • Maintain accurate records & have an eye for detail.
  • Use time management and prioritising skills, to work to deadlines & meet targets.
Key Skills:
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a Business support or similar role
  • Business minded
  • Energetic and dynamic
  • Forward thinking
  • Confident and able to work proactively
Benefits:
