Are you an experienced travel professional with a passion for delivering outstanding service in the corporate travel sector? Due to continued growth, they are looking for a skilled Business Travel Consultant to join their dynamic team.
As a Business Travel Consultant, you will manage corporate travel bookings, ensuring seamless and cost-effective arrangements for business clients. You will leverage your expertise to provide tailored travel solutions, support clients with itinerary planning, and deliver a high standard of customer service.


What will I be doing ?
* Arrange and manage end-to-end business travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and transfers
* Provide expert advice on travel policies, visa requirements, and cost-effective solutions
* Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and emergency travel requirements efficiently
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring excellent service delivery
* Stay up to date with industry regulations, airline policies, and emerging travel trends


What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant or in a similar corporate travel role
* Strong knowledge of GDS booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests efficiently
* A customer-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail

This role offers true flexibility-you can work fully remotely after an initial 2-3 week training period onsite in Hampshire.
