Business Unit Manager (Training Division)
Lead the growth and innovation of our training division in renewable energy and sustainability. Focus on developing new training products, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality, compliant courses—without sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Location: Gloucestershire(Office-based) with Occasional UK Travel
- Salary: Up to £45,000
- Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week) | Driving License Required
Lead the growth and innovation of our training division in renewable energy and sustainability. Focus on developing new training products, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality, compliant courses—without sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new training programs and improve existing ones.
- Ensure courses meet industry standards and regulations.
- Work with partners (training centres, government, industry bodies).
- Manage budgets, track performance, and optimise operations.
- Lead a small team and collaborate across departments.
- Experience in operations, training, or compliance (technical/environmental sectors a plus).
- Strong organiser with problem-solving and leadership skills
- Knowledge of training standards (e.g., health/safety, accreditation).
- Innovator who enjoys creating solutions and improving systems.
- Impactful role in a growing sustainability sector.
- No sales targets—focus on strategy and quality.
