Job Title: Skilled Butcher

Location: Norwich

About Us: We are a well-established butchers known for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a skilled butcher to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Meat Preparation: Expertly cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat (beef, pork, lamb, poultry, etc.) following industry standards.
  • Knife Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in knife handling and butchery techniques.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with their meat selections, provide cooking advice, and recommend suitable cuts.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all products meet our high-quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to maintain a smooth operation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a qualified butcher.
  • Skills: Strong knife skills, knowledge of different cuts, and ability to work efficiently.
  • Passion: A genuine love for butchery and dedication to delivering top-notch products.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing demands and work in a fast-paced environment.
