Tiger Private is seeking an experienced Butler/Cook to oversee and manage all household operations within a one-bedroom residence in Holland Park, London, with a primary focus on supporting the principal. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of luxury service, uphold the highest standards of hospitality, and proactively ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the household.

Location: Holland Park, London
Employment Type: Full-Time, Live-out, Uniform provided
Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE
Employment Term: Self-Employed

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide formal table service during mealtimes
• Oversee food and household item shopping, sourcing fresh organic produce whenever possible
• Follow recipes, liaise with the principal and a nutritionist to follow specific dietary requirements
• General housekeeping, including morning service and evening turndown
• Day-to-day cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.), using non-toxic products  
• Maintain household manuals and schedules
• Oversee table settings, floral arrangements, and seasonal décor
• Assist with packing, unpacking, and wardrobe organisation
• Care for luxury garments, including steaming, brushing, and shoe polishing
• Schedule vendors, deliveries, and maintenance appointments
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a formal private household or luxury hotel
• Fluent in English and an excellent communicator
• Impeccable references and background check required
• Knowledge of etiquette, protocol, and formal service standards
• Tech-savvy and confident using household systems (smartphone, iPad, digital calendars, and notes apps)
• Valid Public Liability and Indemnity Insurance
• Enhanced DBS certificate, Eligible to work in the UK
