As they continue their ambitious expansion, Delifresh is seeking a passionate and proactive Buyer to join their team. You will be at the centre of Delifresh, sourcing new products & suppliers, negotiating prices and developing buyers’ assistants to improve their knowledge and skills and support their development .

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Oversee stock management and supplier diversity.
• Negotiate cost reductions and ensure competitive pricing.
• Review and manage supplier performance and SLAs.
• Handle supplier disputes and administrative issues.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Source new suppliers to meet company standards.
• Network at trade shows and stay informed.
• Develop new product purchasing strategies.
• Benchmark market data and improve KPIs.
• Train and mentor team members.

About You :

• Expertise in purchasing strategies and supply chains.
• Food procurement experience preferred.
• CIPS Level 5 (desirable).
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
• Proven in supplier relationship building.
• Effective negotiation skills.
