Portfolio Procurement are recruiting for a Buyer & Inventory Controller for a leading engineering company based near Great Yarmouth.

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Negotiate contracts and purchase order
  • Agree commercial Terms with suppliers
  • Source new vendors and create, develop, and maintain excellent relationships
  • Entering purchase orders
  • Maintain regular communications with suppliers to monitor pricing and lead
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and perform inventory checks
  • Management of the company's waste disposal.
  • Manage and organise the company's transport demands as required including with shipping companies and freight forwarders
