The Role
This role is for a dynamic Buying Agent, someone ambitious and ready to make an impact.

You'll be responsible for:
* Managing inbound and outbound calls to appraise customers' items.
* Responding to customer inquiries swiftly and efficiently.
* Coordinating with various departments to provide a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
* Working together within a small team to meet shared goals.
* Showing adaptability and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
* Excelling in a fast-paced environment by proactively addressing issues and using initiative to solve problems.
* Creating a positive team atmosphere and contributing to a harmonious workplace.

The Individual
We're looking for people who can show:
* Previous experience in a sales contact center environment.
* Proven ability to meet team and individual targets and KPIs.
* Proficiency in utilizing internal CRM systems.
* Strong skills in handling objections to address customer hesitations effectively.
* Clear and courteous telephone manner for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate within a team to achieve common goals.
