Avanti Recruitment have partnered with a Guildford-based R+D company that work across various industries including cyber/network security, RF communications, and signal processing.

We're looking for Software Engineers of all levels to join a highly academic, multi-skilled R+D team where you'll be working on various projects. You'll constantly be exposed to unique engineering challenges & cutting edge technologies. They’re looking for problem-solvers who want to continuously expand their skillset & get involved with some really unique engineering challenges.

What we need:
Strong academic background - 1st class or 2:1 Electronic Engineering/Physics-related degree (BSc or MSc) from a top UK university & A/A*s in Maths, and Physics
Experience with embedded software (C/C++) development is preferable

Experience, or interest in, developing software for RF/signal processing applications is preferable.
