This is a brand-new, highly impactful role, responsible for the day-to-day management of the development team, building and enhancing critical low latency components across the business. You'll collaborate over the design and implementation of cutting-edge systems, covering all aspects of algorithmic trading research, including the exchange price feeds, core trading systems, tick data management, back testing engine, and trading gateways.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in low-latency Linux development using C/C++, STL
• Management experience (both technical & people) is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Linux / GCC development toolchain and Linux Red Hat
• Solid experience designing and implementing multithreaded and distributed systems
• Prior experience in a front office, trading desk-aligned role
• Comfortable working autonomously within a global team

Desirable skills/experience

• Experience working within a mature continuous development process
• Knowledge of market data feed handlers and execution gateways
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash
