Our client is looking for an experienced Cable Assembler in the Portsmouth area.

The role would require you to build cable assemblies from drawings.

Working from a bench stripping, potting, assembling, crimping, soldering wires and components to build cable harnesses and loom assemblies.

You would have previous experience within an assembly position and used to working to strict job cards and instructions, a high level of dexterity and attention to detail.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing business based in Portsmouth that is involved in working within Aerospace, Defence, Rail, Automotive, Commercial, Telecoms & broadcast industries.

This is a Monday to Friday role. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 7:30AM - 4:00PM & 7:30AM - 1:00PM finish Fridays, 37.5 hours per week.

Our client is willing to pay between £12 and £14 per hour dependant on experience.

Please note that this is a temp to perm position.
