CAD Technician (Hybrid) needed in Bournemouth, £20.31ph PAYE - Reference: 5251161

 Hybrid Role with on site time required locally

1. To contribute as a team member to the efficiency and effectiveness of Facilities Management by providing a support service to the client through the provision of graphical and textural building data.

2. To produce and manage high quality drawings of the client’s corporate buildings, using the latest AutoCAD Architecture software which contain multiple layers of data including area, asbestos and fire information.

3. To undertake space utilisation analysis and produce creative design solutions to improve effective and efficient use of office space within the clients corporate buildings.

4. To support the clients accommodation project by providing detailed drawings, plans, elevations and sections as required
5. To assist in the storage of electronic data relating to the client’s corporate buildings within the Facilities Management data area on behalf of all members of Property Management.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
