At Claires Court, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cadet Force Adult Volunteer (CFAV), or an individual with appropriate military experience, to support the delivery of training for our recently formed Combined Cadet Force (CCF).

  • Permanent position
  • Competitive salary dependent on experience
  • 2 paid hours per week, Mondays 4pm-6pm in term time, plus additional time for field weekends or camps (for which you will receive a volunteer's allowance).

The Role:

The principal role will be to organise and deliver the fieldcraft element of the training programme to cadets, and to help develop the fieldcraft skills of our contingent Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAVs).


The Person:

We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced, inspirational and self-motivated individual.

Experience of Regular, Reserve or Cadet force service is desirable.
