  • Create and produce food menu's - hot breakfasts, Soups, Sandwiches, Toasties and Panninis
  • Propose new ideas and food suggestions that are suitable for customers and in house guests
  • Manage a small team of Front of House and Back of House staff
  • Responsible for recruiting and training a new team.
  • Performance manage and develop the team.
  • Responsible for ordering and stock inventory.
  • Accountable for food wastage.
  • Co-ordinate team member rota.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and enquiries.
  • Track financial records to increase profitability and customer engagement.
  • Advocate and promote positive engagement on social media platforms.
  • Achieve and maintain 5 star Food Hygiene rating.
  • Ability to think commercially with the aim to make a profit and grow revenue.
  • Produce a consistent product that meets the business criteria.
  • Accommodate to customer needs and dietary requirements.
  • Support Coffee House Barista on occasion when customer demand requires
