An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and customer service focused Call Handler to join their Expert Witness Department at this leading provider of psychological services in Epsom.  The organisation supplies a diverse network of over 1000 expert psychologists to their clients.

About the role
The Call Handler is a critical role in creating and increasing business through effective enquiry handling and client relationship management. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the busy Expert Witness department team
  • Being the first point of contact for all enquiries
  • Using the CRM system to manage Leads, enquiries and follow ups  
  • Building and maintaining rapport with key accounts to drive new business opportunities
  • Preparing handovers to Client Managers ensuring relevant documentation is in place

About the rewards
In the role of Call Handler, the hours of work are 9am to 5pm (no weekends or Bank Holidays) and there is on offer:

  • A salary of £23,000 to £24,000 per annum depending on experience
  • 23 days paid holiday, plus all bank holidays

About you
To be successful for the role of Call Handler, you must have / be:

  • At least 2 year’s relevant experience in a similar role
  • Great written, verbal and listening communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent standard of IT knowledge i.e. Microsoft and CRMs
  • Confident interpersonal skills and able to build rapport 
  • Ability to multitask and creatively problem solve  
  • Effective planning, & organisational skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable with a ‘can do attitude’.
  • Able to handle confidential information sensitively.
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Resilient and capable of juggling priorities
  • Able to work under pressure to hit strict deadlines
