Call Handler - Part time night shifts
 
Location: Segensworth / Park Gate 
 
Hours of work: Part time hours from 7.5 hours through to 20 hours per week . the shifts run form 12 midnight through to 7am Monday to Sunday
 
This is a temporary/ ongoing role, although could lead to a permanent position for the right person
 
Salary : £ 11.67- 12.38 per hour
Uplifts for bank holidays to £17.85 and Christmas £23.80

Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established and hugely successful company who are based in the Segensworth/ Park Gate area
 
Our clients provide a very specialist service to their customers and are currently seeking temporary Call Handlers to work night shifts .
They can be flexible in what hours you can work providing your free to work between the hours of  
 
 
Your key duties will include the following :
  • Making outbound calls to check on patients
  • Supporting vulnerable customers in a time of need
  • Advising patients on what to do in the current situation
  • Escalating issues where needed
  • Liaising with third parties to manage expectations
  • Data entry of highly confidential information
  • Ensuring all confidential information is accurate and up to date and raising any discrepancies
  • Update records accurately and effectively
  • Maintaining data protection at all times
  • Receive calls and ensure they are sent to the right people. 
 
  The ideal candidate Must have / Be  
  • Good communication skills and experience
  • Good customer service skills and experience
  • Attention to detail is of a high standard
  • Will understand the importance of accuracy
  • Be able to prioritise activities is essential.
  • Highly organised
  • Will be able to support others
  • Will be available to start Immediately
