Join our CAMHS team as a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner, supporting children and young people experiencing mental health challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:

? Conducting mental health assessments and risk evaluations.
? Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and crisis support.
? Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with young people and their families.
? Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, schools, and external agencies.
? Managing safeguarding concerns and promoting relapse prevention strategies.
? Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with NHS standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

? A professional qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy.
? Experience working in CAMHS or a similar mental health setting.
? Strong assessment and risk management skills.
? Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
