The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist (CAMHS) to join our visiting consultant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality psychiatric care within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping patient care and contributing to the ongoing success of our services.

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide expert psychiatric assessments and treatment for Children and Adolescents 
- Lead and manage patient care within your specialty, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, therapists, and nursing staff.
- Engage in clinical governance and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in on-call rotations, ensuring continuous high-quality care.
- Foster relationships with external stakeholders and maintain a network of professional contacts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Commit to ongoing professional development and meet Revalidation requirements.

Candidate Profile:
- Full GMC registration with specialist registration in psychiatry.
- Extensive experience in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry  
- Strong knowledge of Clinical Governance and adherence to regulatory frameworks.
- Successful completion of an enhanced DBS check, provided by The Priory.
