This is a unique opportunity to make a big impact in how prospect data is used to effectively generate more sales by using your intelligence, insights and testing. You'll need a good grounding in CRM and be confident running email, SMS and follow up activity, but will get to expand thinking into wider campaigns to maximise impact.

About You:

  • Experienced b2c campaign manager with knowledge of email and SMS delivery platforms.
  • Commercially aware, logical and analytical mindset, used to identifying and building audiences from data.
  • Good team player - comfortable briefing creative for email, brand and landing pages and working with wider teams across sales and marketing.
  • A satisfaction from testing and enhancing performance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Identifying how prospect data can be best used to generate business opportunities.
  • Developing scheduled, personalised and automated marketing campaigns across email, SMS and more.
  • Working with partners to understand messaging and approaches appropriate to different audiences.
  • Reviewing and recommending further channels which can impact customer conversion.
  • Creating retargetting campaigns with multi-channel integration.

Where You'll Be Based:

Offering hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office the Campaign Manager will need to be reasonably located to commute from West Yorkshire or South Yorkshire. Ideal nearby towns and cities include Leeds, Wakefield, Doncaster, Sheffield and York.
