Murray McIntosh is delighted to have partnered with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, a highly reputable, national trade association which champions the interests of those working within the employment and skills industries. The REC are seeking a Campaigns Advisor to join their hardworking team in London.

This Campaigns Advisor position will focus on public affairs campaigns and policy work, taking ownership for their EDI, Education and AI in Recruitment briefs. Not only this, you will collaborate with the rest of the team on public affairs matters, campaign planning and governmental engagement. The successful candidate will engage and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels on labour market issues.

To apply for this Campaigns Advisor role, you will need a minimum of two years' experience in a Parliamentary, Public Affairs or Political Campaigns role. You will also require the following:

  • An understanding of UK parliamentary processes

  • Demonstrable experience in stakeholder engagement and management

  • Experience in campaign development and management

  • Excellent communication skills

  • An interest in education, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and AI

Our client is based in Central London and offer a hybrid working environment meeting in the office everything Thursday. You can expect to visit Westminster at least once a week, also.
